How to Return Items to Tenkara Rod Co.

Returning your rod is a simple process. We accept returns up to 30 days from the date of purchase on all products that are in like new, good working condition (no returns on sale items). First, you must copy and paste the information below and print it. Next, put the items you are returning in an appropriate box. Be sure to include the filled out form in the box with your items. If this information is not included, we will not process the return. Shipping returns back to Tenkara Rod Co. is the customers responsibility. Please ship all return items to:

 Once we receive your package we will issue a refund to your card, and it can take a week to see the refund once the package is received.  Products being returned for a refund to Tenkara Rod Co. must have been purchased from our website. Products purchased from an outside dealer must be returned to the dealer of purchase.
