Poor Customer Service Ruined the Product for Me
"I had a return (we got a deal on the Fully Loaded Pack so we didn't need the Kebari Kit Bundle), and followed their instructions exactly. A week after the package was supposed to arrive at their warehouse I had not heard anything. They said they would not process a return without tracking information (this is not listed anywhere in the return instructions) and by that time I did not have the receipt. I had to jump through several hoops to find the tracking info (HUGE thanks to the kind post office lady!!). Turns out it had arrived at their warehouse 9 days prior. They processed the return (for less than it should have been, and NOT according to order number in the box) within 2 hours! If I had not been able to find the info they never would have refunded me. Go read their Facebook reviews before you purchase. Their customer service is the worst and lost them our business."
