Summertime is all about getting out and exploring new places. So we loaded up our backpacks with fishing and camping gear and spent a few days catching nice fish on big dry flies. It was a fun time!
Sawtooth and Sierra rods featured.
The Sawtooth rod is perfect for these size fish and can throw big bushy dry flies when you need. We'd switch up to the Sierra in the tighter spots on the water. It was more of a fight to land the big fish but both rods handled them nicely. We used a crossbreed floating line with the sawtooth and a level line on the Sierra.
