Here at Tenkara Rod Co. we stand behind our products. We want YOU, our customers to be fully satisfied with your purchase and that is why we offer a lifetime warranty on our Rods. If a rod breaks or is defective in some way please send us an email to: email@example.com and we will get you taken care of.
- If a rod needs to be sent back for repairs we will cover the cost of the repair and/or replacement. We will also cover the cost of shipping the rod back to you. Shipping costs to us will need to be taken care of by the customer.
- Some restrictions may apply due to product abuse.
- Please email us before sending a rod back
- Lifetime warranty does not apply to flies, line, and accessories.
- This warranty is valid for rods purchased directly through TenkaraRodCo.com as well as rods purchased through separate retailers.
Like stated above in our Warranty, if you are not happy with your rod you are welcome to send it back for a refund or exchange. We will offer a full refund on rods for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. After that our lifetime warranty stands for any defects or necessary repairs.
